AllMusic Review by

In 2010, the U.K.'s SuperBird label (a division of Cherry Red) recirculated Centipede and Reaction, Rebbie Jackson's first two albums for Columbia, which were originally released in 1984 and 1986. It's a straightforward, satisfactory combination that contains the entirety of both albums on one disc. Two years after this was released, the Funky Town Grooves label trumped SuperBird by issuing both albums separately with numerous bonus tracks -- all taken from the 7" and 12" singles -- appended to both discs.
