AllMusic Review by

During winter 2004/2005, while Bushido was enjoying his first taste of major-label success with the Top Ten album Electro Ghetto (2004), he waged war against Fler, his former rap partner at Aggro Berlin. The one-off song "FLERräter" resulted, along with Carlo Cokxxx Nutten II, a collaborative album in the style of Carlo Cokxxx Nutten (2002), a street-minded gangsta rap effort. Like its predecessor, Carlo Cokxxx Nutten II is produced by Bushido himself and co-features an allied rapper. Whereas Carlo Cokxxx Nutten co-featured Aggro Berlin rapper Fler, Carlo Cokxxx Nutten II co-features Bushido protégé Baba Saad. In contrast to Electro Ghetto, this album runs short at only 45 minutes, doesn't feature a cast of guest rappers, and doesn't target the mainstream market. Highlights include the hit single "Nie ein Rapper" and the album-closing "Taliban." While fans of Bushido's Sonny Black persona should enjoy this sequel, Carlo Cokxxx Nutten II is one of Bushido's lesser releases and fails to improve upon the original.
