Two very different worlds collide on this 7" split EP packaged in a hand-colored sleeve. Side A features three instrumental tracks by Italian avant-punkers Bz Bz Ueu. Inferior in compositional and sound quality to the group's 1995 eponymous EP, they still have their moments, namely the action-packed free-punk "Bzung." Side B presents two cuts by the New York City lo-fi outfit No (Justin Allen and Craig F). Their dark, claustrophobic brand of drum-machine-dazed rock is quite a mismatch. Released in 1996 on the Italian label El Barracho, this item is a curious artifact of indie music from two points of the world, but it doesn't go any further.
