This is an extremely dodgy -- of near bootleg quality, in fact -- set of recordings of Waylon Jennings from the 1960s. Waylon is Waylon, there is no doubt about it, but most of the source tapes for these tunes sound like they were actually recorded with a microphone in front of a stereo where vinyl is being played. This should be avoided at all costs by any Jennings fan or serious listener. It goes without saying that there are so many fine Waylon comps out there that this one is simply a ripoff.
