AllMusic Review by

This is the CD reissue of the LP recorded in 1978, the last with Rita Lee's band Tutti Frutti. It revealed the direction she would take in her subsequent releases: less rock & roll and more dance orientated. The album is extremely different from Fruto Proibido, released three years before. It played well, which confirmed her commercial approach. Several tracks became hits: "Miss Brasil 2000," "Disco Voador," "Agora é Moda," "Jardins da Babilônia," "O Futuro Me Absolve," and "Eu E Meu Gato" (theme of a broadly popular soap opera).
