It's usually not a good sign when an album is titled B-Sides, Rarities and Out-Takes. After all, certain songs are never published or are left out of print for good reason. But if the title of this album gives truth that every song on here was unreleased or treated as a B-side, then the official releases of Dewey Defeats Truman must be gems. A pleasant blend of laid-back pop-punk and indie undertones results in a happy bounce of playful shenanigans. These guys could easily share a stage with the likes of Superchunk or Butterglory.
