AllMusic Review by

Released to coincide with the tenth anniversary of his death in 2001, Et Maintenant is a tribute album dedicated to legendary French singer/songwriter Gilbert Bécaud. Its 14 tracks feature cover versions from both several of his counterparts, including Johnny Hallyday on the famous title track and Eddy Mitchell on "Je T'Appartiens," and younger artists such as Renan Luce ("Dimanche à Orly") and Olivia Ruiz ("Les Tantes Jeanne"), as well as two English-language versions of his biggest hits from Ayo ("The Day the Rains Came Down") and Anggun ("Let It Be Me").
