Though their popularity might have waned slightly in the early '80s, Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood shined as brightly as ever on A.R.M.S. Concert, Pt. 1, the first volume of performances taken from the 1984 multiple sclerosis benefit concert held at Albert Hall. Clapton's "Cocaine" and "Lay Down Sally" and Winwood's "Take Me to the River" and "Gimme Some Loving" are some of the album's standout moments, along with Andy Fairweather-Low's "Man Smart (Woman Smarter)."
