Essentially a repackaging of the 2005 compilation Gold, but trimmed down to 40 tracks at the expense of "Prelude in E Major," Alle 40 Goed: Neil Diamond is a Dutch compilation highlighting the best moments of celebrated singer/songwriter Neil Diamond's time on MCA in the late '60s/early '70s. Aside from being a track shorter and having different packaging, the collection is identical to its domestic counterpart, featuring a mix of essential tracks along with assorted album cuts and non-essential covers, and its lack of rarities means this collection is definitely one aimed more at newcomers than die-hard Diamond fans.
