AllMusic Review by

This brief and dubious ten-song collection sports a rather random assortment of tracks, ranging from Wailers self-productions ("Chances Are" from 1968) to productions by Leslie Kong ("Soul Captives" from 1970), Arthur Jenkins and Joe Venneri (Peter Tosh's "Treat You Right" from 1968), and Lee "Scratch" Perry (several tracks from 1970 and 1971, including "Duppy Conqueror," "Mr. Brown," and the title track), all of which are available on countless sets like this one, although it's difficult to imagine any with such a ramshackle sense of order.
