This release from Marian McPartland's private label features McPartland alternating between piano and electric piano in a trio with bassist Jay Leonhart and drummer Jimmy Madison. She performs a program ranging from two of her originals and "Freedom Jazz Dance" to tunes by the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkle and Alec Wilder ("Jazz Waltz For A Friend"). The relaxed results are not that memorable but are well played and reasonably enjoyable.
