AllMusic Review by

Rasco caught some attention from people who knew what was going on in underground hip-hop in 1998, and has continued to represent the Bay Area since. This is a compilation with underground heroes such as Phil da Agony, the Grouch, Saafir, Planet Asia, Zion 1, Cali Agents, and more. The selection of guest appearances is a great blend of styles and influences and work well together from track to track throughout the album. Diverse production is done mainly by Rasco himself with a bit of help on a few tracks from Grouch and DJ Cue (from Cue's Hip Hop Shop fame). Fans of Bay Area rap will appreciate and most likely already own this album.
