Album Premiere: Ted Drozdowski's Scissormen Use Electric Blues to Ponder 'Love & Life'

​Ted Drozdowski's Scissormen, a Nashville-based psychedelic blues trio, delivers a new set of tunes on Love & Life, including a tribute to Drozdowski's mentor, the late blues guitarist R.L. Burnside. The album's out on July 31, but take an early listen below to a record that varies from full-on electric squalls ("Lived to Tell") to more minimalist presentation ("Dreaming on the Road"). It's the gnarliest album recorded in a tent that you'll hear all day.
