Cariad Harmon's self-titled sophomore album is a smooth, easily enjoyed collection of tracks based on her bright, expressive voice and deft acoustic guitar playing. A few extra elements add flavor, like the background organ in "Williamsburg Bridge" and the stabs of piano on the brief, slightly profane and pointed "Shame." And look out for vocal contributions from the ladies of Lucius on "Like You."
