Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr. is a contributor to Folk and Acoustic Music Exchange and also writes book reviews for The Bloomsbury Review, Independent Publisher, and Foreword Magazine. Ronnie lives with his wife and five cats (Xena, Julian, Green Eyes, Grey, and Little Black) in Christiansburg, VA. He is the Americana Music Director at WUVT at Virginia Tech, a position that allows him to listen to a plethora of new acoustic, bluegrass, country, and folk music. He also hosts a weekly Americana radio show that allows him to expose underplayed artists like Butch Hancock and David Grier. Despite his otherwise sound musical taste, he continues to enjoy listening to Jimmy Buffett CDs and Grateful Dead bootlegs.
