School of Fish released this EP in 1991 for their self-titled debut album. The EP highlighted the track "Wrong," and is one of the more creative uses of vinyl. The first track on the EP, the B-side "The Greatest Living Englishman," is actually the inside track (usually the last song on a record), hence the EP's title, Wrong Sampler. The album cover explains that one must place the record needle in the middle of the blue, vinyl album (close to the end, but after what appears to be the final track) and the EP plays outwards. The other songs include "The Turtle Song," "Disconnected," and "This is Where I Belong." All the songs on the Wrong Sampler are unavailable elsewhere, expect "Wrong." Fun and essential for fans of School of Fish.
