This is a weird release. On one side, Teach Me Tiger churn out an incredibly catchy, soulful, four-track recorded pop song with strong male/female vocals and odd percussion. Resulting in a Phil Spector-sounding, Beach Boys-influenced hybrid, the title track of "Won't You Come Around" definitely overshadows the B-side clutter. "A Love That True" starts out as a reverb-filled guitar ballad that suddenly becomes what sounds like this improvised jam of drums and a run-down keyboard. At least the A-side is a keeper.
