The only thing that can be discerned from the packaging of A Tribute to Busta Rhymes is that it's a tribute toBusta Rhymes. Beyond the track listing, there is absolutely no information -- nothing to entice or repel anyone. Ten of Busta's biggest hits are given a mostly instrumental treatment (refrains are included, but there's no actual rapping); some tracks resemble smooth jazz, while others are much closer to chintzy instrumental hip-hop productions. Given the improper identifications of several tracks, it's quite possible that the label responsible for putting this together had next to no interest in the source material. Busta Rhymes' fans have no reason to care, either.
