Dash Rip Rock performs two-bit redneck peckerwood bar band rock & roll. Unfortunately, they are better as a live band than they are as a recording act. Some of the songs aren't bad, but something is missing in the execution of the 12 tracks. These countrified punkers have plenty of energy and they are adequate musicians; however, bar band music doesn't always translate well to recordings. The cover art is the best thing about this release.
