The privately recorded performances heard on this CD were not issued until after guitarist Lenny Breau's death. Breau is featured solo and on some duets with the fine (if obscure) clarinetist Brad Terry; the spontaneous jams give Breau a real opportunity to stretch out. The majority of the seven selections are standards and they feature Breau and the unknown Terry in top form. Highlights include "How High the Moon," "The Claw" and "My Foolish Heart." A second volume from the same dates has also been released.
