In its continuing search for the novel and downright goofy, Rhino has joined forces with the Cartoon Network to give listeners something they really need: an audio version of an animated talk show. In this mixture of spoken word bits and zany musical (?) offerings, Space Ghost and his penal colony sidekicks Brak and Zorak offer a variety of useless tidbits ranging from unusable Italian phrases to doomsday horoscopes to exactly how to take candy from a baby to a happy "blues" to a heavy metal scream-scat. But wait! Why can't an album just be fun? Does everything have to have a message and a meaning? And, if so, why can't the "message" be to avoid coffee and change one's undergarments? In this crazy, hectic world, sometimes people need to be reminded of that type of stuff too. So, with the understanding that this album (and its two earlier counterparts) were created "for the kid in us all," Rhino charges forth in its ongoing quest to bring musical smiles to the listening public.
