Though the track titles are different on Seriously Good Music: Salsa and Seriously Good Music: Salsa 2, there's not much else of note that separates the two albums (even the covers are the same; one just a slightly enlarged version of the other). The artist choice is nearly equal (the only change is that Enrique Alvarez is switched for ¡Cubanismo!'s Rolo Martinez) with the others -- Bamboleo, Arte Mixto, Maraca, the Laito's -- all making numerous appearances. As on the first volume, the music's not bad, it's just not a very diverse selection, especially since there is so much great salsa out there to be had.
