A compilation of dub from the vaults of the dub master himself: King Tubby. The music was recorded at King Tubby's studio, but all other information is lacking from the apparently discount-level liner notes. Despite this dearth of information, the dub is perfectionistic. King Tubby always produces the highest-quality dub possible, and this album gives just another example of it. Is there anything special about this album as compared to other dub compilations featuring Tubby? No; in fact, other compilations might be better suited to both the intrepid newcomer and the accustomed dub listener, if nothing else than for the inclusion of collaborations with Augustus Pablo.
