Priority's Rock of the '80s series may only contain nine songs on each disc, but every volume is filled with first-rate new wave and mainstream pop songs that justify the budget price. Vol. 5, for example, contains such hits as Kajagoogoo's "Too Shy," 'Til Tuesday's "Voices Carry," Adam Ant's "Goody Two Shoes," Timbuk 3's "The Future's So Bright I Gotta Wear Shades," the Fixx's "Saved By Zero," the Psychedelic Furs' "Love My Way" and Yello's ubiquitous "Oh Yeah," making it an excellent choice for the budget-minded casual listener.
