Priority's Rock of the '80s series may only contain nine songs on each disc, but every volume is filled with first-rate new wave and mainstream pop songs that are well worth the price. Vol. 11, for example, contains such hits as Taco's "Puttin' on the Ritz," Harold Faltermeyer's "Axel F.," Boys Don't Cry's "I Wanna Be a Cowboy," Men Without Hats' "Pop Goes the World," Talk Talk's "It's My Life" and Art of Noise's "Peter Gunn" making it an excellent choice for the budget-minded casual listener.
