This is an Italian issue of an early-'70s concert appearance by Paul Anka at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Anka, not entirely comfortable in his surroundings, sings songs he wrote for other Vegas entertainers -- "We Made It Happen" (Engelbert Humperdinck), "She's A Lady" (Tom Jones), and "My Way" (Frank Sinatra). He covers Stevie Wonder ("For Once In My Life"), The Beatles ("Something"), and others, and even sneaks in a medley of his own early 1960s hits. This is how Anka made his living for most of his career, and for an audience with a couple of drinks and a little luck at the tables going in, it probably made for an enjoyable evening at the time. On record, it's more of an embarrassment.
