Octagonal Ballet is a nice CD from David Cohen, a veteran of decades as a studio musician. This disc has a fairly wide variety of styles, from subtle rock ballads to new age symphonic synths and smooth contemporary instrumentals. The disc's strengths and weaknesses are the same. There are neither challenges nor offenses. It is, for the most part, in the middle of the road.
