Although the cover of this CD makes it look like this is a swing album, the music ranges from a few older standards (such as the title cut, "No One but Me," and "Fascinating Rhythm") to "So Many Stars" and four originals by Mary Connelly. An interesting singer who seems unsure whether to keep or emphasize her southern accent (although where the New York-born vocalist acquired it is not explained!), Connelly has a nice voice, swings well, and shows potential. She is assisted by pianist Greg Dyes, bassist Artie Moore, and drummer Kevin Smith on this small-label release.
