The second installment of the Mullets Rock! legacy, Mullets Rock! Too! continues its quest to provide the definitive soundtrack to the "business in the front, party in the back" hairstyle/lifestyle. Once again, Ted Nugent makes an appearance, providing the listener with a little "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" to kick things off, but Mullets Rock! Too! is by no means a purely testosterone driven affair. After all, most guys who sport the hairstyle could pass for women from the rear, so it comes as no surprise that the more contemplative side of the movement (Kansas' "Dust in the Wind," Night Ranger's "Sister Christian," Nazareth's "Love Hurts," Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart") is explored here as well. That said, true Mullet rock begins and ends with the kind of guitar riff that can safely propel your El Camino around the Mall parking lot until the wee hours, so strategically placed cuts like "Fantasy" (Aldo Nova) and "Burnin' for You" (Blue Öyster Cult) provide the listener with at least one ball to flaunt.
