Majors for Minors: Symphony of Sleep turns some of classical music's most soothing works into a refined alternative to lullabies. Johann Sebastian Bach's works are especially prominent on this album, ranging from the Aria from the Goldberg Variations to the second Prelude of the Well-Tempered Clavier, Book 1. The Largo from Vivaldi's Lute Concerto in D Major, Scarlatti's Siciliano, and the Melodie from C.W. Gluck's Orpheus and Euridice are some of the collection's other highlights. While the reliance on keyboards on some of the tracks gives them a slightly cold, digital feel, Symphony of Sleep is a elegantly restful sleepy-time soundtrack overall.
