Intensity is the watchword for this Georgia quartet, whose members scream and thrash their way through their debut album like they were being forced to watch a season of Rob Schneider movies. Emocore or primal therapy, they provide an unarguably immersive experience. Interestingly, the pressure only relents on the drowning themes of "Into Troubled Waters, I Sink," and "The Sea Swallowed Us Whole," where the guitars noodle reflectively against an ambient electronic backdrop, and rage against the fading light of the water's surface, respectively.
