This mix disc of dancehall reggae attempts to take only two different backing tracks and try to have 13 different rappers do their own thing over them. This is an interesting experiment, and in a different genre of music it may have worked. But due to the overall sameness that most dancehall artists tend to have, this album fails at giving listeners some sort of difference besides lyrics. This is a pretty boring album all in all; after the first few tries it becomes obvious that there is not much to do with these songs that would make them special. There are a few noble attempts, specifically the contributions from Elephant Man, Alozade, and the Frisco Kid. But for the most part this is a yawner that may appeal to genre fans, but few others will want to give this a listen.
