Released toward the tail-end of the U.K. electro revival (and probably meant to capitalize on the trend), the It comp is nonetheless a nice collection of mostly American electro-funk, both old and new. Classic, hard-to-find tracks like "Scorpio" by Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five and "Your Rock" by Fantasy Three sit cleanly next to tight, forward-looking cuts from new-school artists such as Plastikman, Jon Drukman's Bass Kittens project, and Sawtooth. The post-Kraftwerk Euro-techno style even gets a brief nod in Yello's oddball "Bostich." The album was compiled by noted Megatripolis DJ Marco Arnaldi.
