This compilation of songs from 1977 to 1981 is much more comprehensive than an EP released the same year by Stiff's American branch. This Canadian issue captures many of the high points of Otway's erratic music career, including two tracks each produced by Pete Townshend and Neil Innes. While the album lacks the frenetic "Cheryl's Going Home," this collection includes the hilarious "Headbutts" on which the Cockney singer naturally loses the "h." You can find a live version of "Cheryl's Going Home" on Urgh! A Music War, an excellent time capsule of the punk/new wave scene.
