AllMusic Review by

A songwriter and producer who tried his hand at performing in the late '80s. Darryl Duncan had co-written tracks for Michael Jeffries and worked with Maurice White and Chaka Khan when he released a self-titled late '80s album for Motown, which he also arranged and produced. Duncan did land one minor hit with the song "James Brown, Pt. 1."
