AllMusic Review by

Australian label Music Mosaic continued pumping out well-blended worldbeat, new age, and ethnic fusion mixes into the year 2002. Groove Temple is another solid effort in the same vein. Here the emphasis is on pulsating rhythm and synths laced throughout with exotic instruments like the sarod, dumbeck, hajouj, and tablas. Highlights include "Kikuyu," with its mournful cello lead and African drums; Lost at Last's "Radhe," a pulsating Vedic chant with a plaintive female vocal; the hypnotic "Inner Horizon"; and Karunesh's "Punjab," with its ecstatic Indian-flavored vocal. The tracks flow into one another with ease -- a credit to producer Ariel Kalma's ear for mixes and his commitment to his label's global mosaic philosophy.
