AllMusic Review by

This impressive three-CD set is a testament to Fats Waller's considerable repertoire, as well as to his instrumental and songwriting skills, with recordings from the 1920s through the early 1940s, including classic songs like "Ain't Misbehavin'," "My Very Good Friend the Milkman," and "You Run Your Mouth, I'll Run My Business," the latter written by Louis Armstrong's wife, Lil.
