AllMusic Review by

Uriah Heep fans beware: This double-disc, 27-track set is simply another version of Remasters: The Official Anthology, released in 2001. What's more, nowhere on the cover does it state that these are not the original versions of these songs. But they aren't. These are live readings. Period. Listen to the samples if you need proof. This is a very dodgy rip-off collection from a label attempting to sell unwitting fans what looks like a very definitive collection of Uriah Heep tunes over the course of three decades. That it's a live presentation of the band with crummy cover art and shoddy packaging should be all you need to know. The early music may be from the Bronze Records era, but it is not taken from the original albums. To boot (no pun intended), these performances aren't all that terrific, either. They are sloppy, somewhat muddy in terms of sound, and just plain avoidable.
