This is a Canadian compilation of Andy Williams' much anthologized hits, licensed from CBS Special Products. The focus is on his singles hits, including all his Top 20 chart entries of the '50s, albeit in re-recorded versions (the originals were on Cadence Records), along with early-'60s Columbia hits "Days of Wine and Roses" and "Can't Get Used to Losing You," and early-'70s ones like "Where Do I Begin? (Love Story)" and "Speak Softly Love (Theme from the Godfather)." Also included are Williams' signature song, "Moon River," and the title song, a popular '70s standard that wasn't a hit for him. Thus, among its 16 tracks, this album contains all of Andy Williams' best-known songs, even though more than half of it consists of remakes of '50s songs that aren't characteristic of his later ballad style.
