Calling Dressed to Kill's The Fab Four Collection, Vol. 1 a Beatles collection is misleading, to say the least. There is not a singles Beatles recording here, after all (although John and Paul do show up on an interview with Kenny Everett that closes the disc). Instead, this opens with a 1996 Tony Sheridan re-recording of "My Bonnie," his single with the Beatles, then a few of Sheridan's '60s cuts with the Beat Boys follow, then there's a large stretch of Denny Laine recordings, including two songs with Paul & Linda McCartney in support, but most of these cuts feature Laine doing his own version of Paul songs with his own version of Wings. In other words, not really a Beatles record and not really one worth considering for any Fab fan unless they're interested in collecting all manner of Beatles ephemera.
