This third volume in Quango's Dub Selector series is a true disappointment. Like the other two, this one concerns itself with mostly digital dub productions form the '90s through about 2005. Rather than issue dub plates on CD -- which would have been truly useful -- this comp puts together mostly club versions and remixes which do little to stretch out the existing dub tradition and in fact, perhaps set it back a little with all the bubbling dancehall here as opposed to the real spooky dub being made outside of Brixton and Trenchtown.
