The back cover of this disc states it clearly and honestly enough under the "executive producer" credit: Crappy Productions. Here are virtually unknown players recording, worse-than-open-mic-at-a-coffeehouse versions of David Bowie songs. Needless to state that this bizarre, surreal, production does not make for an interesting, desirable, or even listenable tribute to one of popular music's greatest. In fact, some of this is so bad it's more laughable than painful. They get an extra half star for having the integrity to be honest. The adage is true in this case: anybody can make a CD, and while that's a great argument for this title's existence, it's far from one to recommend it.
