Como Pan Caliente is a collection of Cuban pop and son performed by a variety of musicians. This is essentially an up-tempo jam session featuring a large group of friends, a formula that often results in some of the best Latin music. The album itself is not necessarily great, but the energetic performances and down-home feel counts for a lot. Without the gripping songs, the album is hard to recommend, but to any curious Cuban music fans, this is a fun collection of songs from a group of musicians who are obviously having fun.
