The ten familiar main themes from Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story score are interpreted by a co-op quartet called Broadway. In reality, flutist Ali Ryerson is easily the main voice and the most impressive soloist. Her playing is beautiful on the ballads and quite fluent on the more up-tempo tunes, while the rhythm section is fine and swinging in support. This is an easy set to enjoy, highlighted by "Something's Coming," "America," "I Feel Pretty," and "Somewhere."
