Artist Biography by

Susan Cruickshank has been singing since age 8 and playing piano since age 12. She studied Music and English (because she couldn't choose between the two) at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Susan finally emerged from her college experience with a Bachelors of Music Performance degree and a Minor in English and Writing.

While attending school she worked as a Disc Jockey at the University radio station. She hosted various shows featuring local rock, classical, New Age, and worldbeat. This experience allowed her to further expand her musical tastes, which now range from techno to classical and almost everything in between. Susan is a Boston area native. Her hobbies outside of music include parking her car in Harvard Yard, eating Boston Baked Beans and hob-nobbing with the Kennedy family. ~ Susan Cruickshank
