Talented Italian bass player Guido Melis began studying classic guitar at the age of 11, years later captivated by the electric bass. In 1984, the musician participated in a band called Meady Souls, later joining a rock group called the Time Escape, playing along with Giacomo Castellano, Alessio Riccio, and Simone Milli. During the 1990s, Guido Melis got involved in a project called Diaphragm, recording 1995's Non E Tardi, 1996's Sesso E Violenza, and 1998's Scenary Immaginary. In 1999, Guido Melis became rock band Airbag's bassist.
