I grew up in Indiana listening to E.L.O., the Clash, Warren Zevon, Elvis Costello, R.E.M., and Bruce Springsteen circa 1978-1985. I later wrote songs and formed a band in California, landing in Sacramento in 1989. In 1993, a person loaned me a copy of C.S. Lewis' Mere Christianity, and the sheer logic of the work made this former athiest get down on his knees. I now work for my church and help out with our youth group, a scenario unbelievable and unspeakable to me years ago. ~ Doug Dwyer
