Sensitive rockabilly? Who knew that it could have been done? Well, the Falsies have managed to prove that just because your band dresses like one of the Pink Ladies from Grease, doesn't mean that they necessarily have to act like one. Even with their more upbeat tracks, such as "My Baby Loves Me" and "Take You Out," the Falsies remain at a mid-tempo but danceable pace of '50s rock revival. No crazy Rev. Horton Heat guitar solos, no psychobilly elements of the Cramps, just a nice catchy romp of Hula-Hoop rock & roll that looks more toward the Stray Cats.
