Telegraph's second Post Office compilation is formatted exactly like the first, featuring nothing but previously unreleased tracks from the label's expanding roster of producers -- in addition to a few contributions from like-minded associates. Again, connections to the Perlon label abound. Cabanne, Ben Nevile, Ark, Ricardo Villalobos, and Ultrakurt show up again, while a host of new Telegraph signees are introduced. As you might be expecting, most of the tracks are geared for the clubs yet maintain an intoxicating catchiness that works just as well in a home-listening setting. And like its predecessor, this set is heavy on dubby microhouse that bounces from elegant and sexy to blippy and comical at a moment's notice. Nearly every selection is worth singling out, making the whole thing almost as essential as the third volume of Traum's Elektronische Musik Interkontinental -- at least as far as 2004 microhouse comps are considered.
