AllMusic Review by

Despite not having scored a bona fide hit since the '80s, soft rockers America managed to retain their large fanbase and toured regularly throughout the '90s. In June of 1999, the group paid a visit to the popular German music television program Ohne Filter -- Musik Pur, playing a 15-track, hour-long set, which has now been issued domestically as a DVD, entitled In Concert. All of the expected America classics are included, such as "Riverside," "Ventura Highway," "Tin Man," "Sister Golden Hair," and "A Horse With No Name," as the group proves to still be in fine form, especially the vocal harmonies of original founding members Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell.
